It's like I'm doing my own kind of NaNo. Today, I added 7,157 words to the count.

On the smut count, I added chan, dirty talk, frottage, spanking, some good ol' fucking, and teacher/student with some D/s undertones.

On the Weird Things Cira Writes count, I added deliberately exploded cauldrons and Al collapsing parts of Hogwarts.

Man, sometimes I crack myself up. *sniggers* I like this story. It is funny. And porny. I seem to have mastered the subtleties of dirty talk.

Huh, suddenly got so warm in here ...

I've been reading lots and lots of lomonaaeren's stories again. Some day soon, I'll have read them all. :)

As always, lots of reading made lots of tiny bunnies bounce around. Tiny bunnies become big bunnies that I don't need while writing fest fics that aren't H/D, so I set the bunny loose in case someone else wants to adopt it.


P.S. I have finished part one of three of my hp_yule_balls fic. Today, I don't like it one bit. Tomorrow, I think, I might be okay with what I wrote today. And anyway, I'm looking forward to writing the next bits, because they'll be all dialogue and no angsty UST. :) And part one is only 1,700 words longer than I meant it to be. Yay! I still might be able to finish this in 10k! *ignores niggling doubts that she won't*

Reveals for hp_yule_balls are up so I can now confess to having written The Dragon and the Pygmy Puff for softly_sweetly.

The fic was one of the first fics posted, on December 1, which was a nice surprise for me. It was a bit unfair as well, though, because I had to wait all of December before I was allowed to say something! The fic got so many wonderful comments and every time I saw it rec'd I squeed my head off. I kept biting my nails to stop myself from shouting "It's me, I wrote that!" ^__^ But with the reactions the fic got, it's no surprise I avoided the annual December depression.

I feel much better than I did Friday. I suppose three nights of 8-10 hours of sleep and no thesis were all I needed.

But not all hours of sleep were peaceful. I think I was a little feverish during some of those. And I was wondering ...

Some time ago, I read someone arguing that Harry/Scorpius could become "the new Snarry." Me no agree, but I like both pairings, so whatever. Thing is, I decided the ship needs a name. Typing Harry/Scorpius is too difficult. What's better? Harrius? Scarry? Scorry?

Though, with Harry/Scorpius being the new Snarry and all, I thought the ship name ought to be parallel. Meaning last name of older partner first and first name of younger partner second.

Potter + Scorpius = Posco.

Sounds like a brand of dogfood.

Eh, I guess Harry/Scorpius won't replace Snarry. The name's not nearly classy enough. ^-^

Thesis is still giving me a migraine. But: I wrote an amazin amount of 1,656 words today! Almost finished the narrator parts of GoF. Progress, yay!
